Terms of Service

By downloading or using the shiFLO app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About shiFLO
shiFLO is a workforce management app designed for hospitality businesses. It allows managers to schedule shifts and staff to track their hours and tasks.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not use another person’s account.
3. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued use requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are available at shiflo.app. On iOS, subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store; on other platforms billing may be handled separately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use shiFLO for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or workspaces
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
- Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of shiFLO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by emailing info@shiflo.app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed.
7. Limitation of Liability
shiFLO is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any scheduling errors, missed shifts, or payroll discrepancies arising from use of the app. It is the employer’s responsibility to verify all scheduling and hours data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and shiFLO (“Company”) governing your use of the shiFLO mobile application and related services.
1. License Grant
shiFLO grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for internal business and workforce management purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Subscription Services
Certain features of shiFLO require an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to the App Store’s payment terms. Subscription benefits remain available only while the subscription is active.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities occurring under their account.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
- Upload malicious code or harmful content.
5. Data Processing
shiFLO processes employee scheduling, attendance, task management, and related workforce information as necessary to provide the service. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit any information entered into the application.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in shiFLO, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
7. Service Availability
The Company strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the application.
10. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the application if the User violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
11. Privacy
The collection and use of personal information are governed by the shiFLO Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Third-Party Terms
This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict regarding Apple’s platform requirements, Apple’s terms shall prevail.
