shiFLO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the shiFLO mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Account information: your first name, last name, and email address when you register
Profile photo: if you choose to upload one
Work data: shift schedules, clock-in/clock-out times, tasks, and hours worked
Usage data: app interactions, notification preferences, and language settings

How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the shiFLO workforce scheduling service
To show your schedule, hours, and tasks to you and your manager
To send shift reminders and notifications (only if enabled by you)
To generate monthly hours reports for your workplace

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Who Can See Your Data

You
Your workspace admin (your manager)
Colleagues in the same workspace (name and schedule only)

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing Info@shiflo.app or using “Delete Account” in the app settings.

Children’s Privacy

shiFLO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
